For years, I’ve worked with women who feel like they’re constantly playing catch-up—struggling to stay organized, keep up with responsibilities, and find time for themselves. They start the day with good intentions but end up exhausted, frustrated, and feeling like they’ve fallen short.
I know this struggle because I’ve lived it. As someone who understands the challenges of neurodivergence and mental health firsthand, I’ve spent years creating practical, no-fluff strategies that actually work. Systems that are flexible, realistic, and designed for brains that don’t fit into traditional productivity methods.
That’s why I created Omni Small Talk—to help women like you stop feeling stuck, simplify life, and finally build routines that feel good (not forced).
