Try Very Berry Squeeze Shake
This is a simple 5 ingredient Shakeology smoothie. Fast to make for any meal of the day whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack.
We are all so busy, and I hear it ALL the time – “I skipped breakfast (insert reason)”. Why are you skipping breakfast? Shakeology is simple to make, has all you need to start the day. While it can be consumed at any time during the day, I recommend for us busy people to drink it as breakfast. I know for me, breakfast is usually when I drink mine. Not truly because I “Don’t have time” or some other similar reason, but because I don’t have any appetite until around 2pm. So for me, I am never skipping the most important part of my day, I am nourishing my body with the right foods.

I am breast feeding my fifth child, yep I breastfeed and it is OK to drink Shakeology. I add in a couple of extra ingredients to help boost my milk volume (supply as some call it). I use my 21 Day Fix bowls and add in flax and chia seeds, brewers yeast and oatmeal (I am a simple busy lady, I use quick oats).
