Blueberry Sunshine Shakeology Shake
This shake is tasty, and the frozen blueberries makes it really cold. Great to have for breakfast or before a workout, maybe even a quick snack. Whichever time you choose to drink this Shakeology shake is up to you, but it is great at any time.
Just one shake a day gives you enough energy and keeps you full for a while. It has everything you need such as vitamins and protein too.

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
½ medium banana, cut into chunks
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup ice
Preparation:
1. Place water, Shakeology, banana, blueberries, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

This sounds quite delicious, there is something special about chocolates and blueberries, I wonder about supplementing Goji for blueberry? Or what the hell.. why not use both!
