Blogger Promo Workout Challenge
What: I know how hard it is to be a blogger, writing, writing, and writing some more. Then, we have to promote, promote and promote some more. Then we have to engage, engage, engage some more…… It is wonderful rewarding, fun, interesting, stress relieving ( for some ), and in all of it, it is hard work too! I have been blogging since 2005, though I have grown, evolved and changed many things, I as you can tell, have new domains as well. I currently write on 5 different blogs.
For many of us bloggers, we get so caught up in life, family and blogging that we forget to work on our self. Our self care is placed on a back burner, we forget to love and care for our self, just like we do for everyone else.
Here is your chance to do more. This is a free challenge. This challenge gets you easy to do routines, recipes, mentorship, coaching, and many other resources.
~ But wait, yup I have way more in store for you! This is also a blogger promo, this challenge is ALL ABOUT YOU! Imagine having all of your readers sharing your customized photos across THEIR social media accounts displaying YOUR blog link and logo. How will this happen? Read on.

Why am I doing this?
I am a blogger just like you, I know how it is. I’ve seriously been there, am still here. Plus, while I am helping you, you are also helping me. I will get to watch you grow, as a writer, an influencer and in your health journey. I too will also get exposure, through my #tunedupbody hashtag as well.
When is this starting?
As soon as you sign up! Just signup for a free account, I am a Beach Body Coach and when you sign up, it officially allows me to become your coach. This again, is a free account. It allows you access to recipes and more.

- Tell me Which Free Challenge you are joining and where to send your customized graphics (click link)
- I send you, your free customized graphics for you to create a blog post adding those graphics to your post. TELL your readers to download/grab these photos, save them to their computer or phone. In your post, tell them to share on their social media accounts each of your graphics, one graphic a day. Think of a # hash tag for them to use, tell them to use it when sharing their photo. Here is an example of what I mean 2 Week Home Workout except your graphics will display your blog logo, the direct link to your blog entry where they can join you in the free challenge and grab your custom photos so all they have to do is share and tag with both your hash tag and mine! EASY 🙂
- Remind your audience to share the graphics by posting this graphic on your social media accounts as well. When you share them, use your own has tag first, then mine #tunedupbody so I can retweet, share, pin, and regram it. Imagine having even as little as 50 people sharing and regramming YOUR blog post and logo?!

All the colors etc will completely flow with your blog colors and logo. This is about me helping you continue the branding process all while promoting you to all kinds of people ;).
