Negative and positive impacts of food throughout your body.
The types of food you eat can have positive and negative impacts on your health and overall well being. We need to be reminded that there are actually hundreds of healthy foods on this planet, but hundreds of them can also be unhealthy choices. To save yourself from any harsh effect, you need to eliminate these foods from your diet now before it’s too late. The following are foods that you need to get rid of:
-
Gluten
Gluten is a compound protein that comprises about 80% of protein derived from rye, wheat and barley. This is what gives elasticity to the dough. It has been found out that gluten foods should not be included in your diet because this causes gut inflammation. The inflammatory effect of gluten to the gut triggers premature death of intestinal cells causing oxidation to these cells.
The effect tends to create leaky gut which allows toxic compounds and bacterial proteins to get into the blood stream. This can possibly lead to autoimmune attacks to the body. Antibodies which are against gluten also attack heart tissues causing heart ailments.
-
Vegetable Oils
Vegetable oils as well as margarine derived from these oils are types of oils that are extracted from certain seeds like rapeseed making canola oil, soybean, making soybean oil, corn, safflower, sunflower and more. These oils were practically non-existent in our diets until the early 1900s when the newest chemical procedures allowed these oils to be extracted. Vegetable oils are usually found in salad dressing, processed foods, mayo and conventional seeds and nuts. This is one of the most harmful substances that need to be eliminated from your diet. There are even more valid reasons why you should not put this oil into your body.
Vegetable oils have a high concentration of polyunsaturated fats and Omega 6 fatty acids causing imbalances in the body. The excess in Omega-6 consumption and total PUFA is an insult to the body causing long term problems. Since vegetable oils tend to oxidize easily, these deplete the human body of antioxidants since the body needs to use this in an attempt to neutralize oxidation. Individuals with excessive consumption of vegetable oil are more at risk of Vitamin E deficiency. Vegetable oil can also be ultimately damaging to the reproductive system.
-
Sugar
Sugar exists in several different forms. In all these forms, sugar can certainly affect the body especially if intakes are extremely excessive. Although sugar is naturally present in different foods, this has no protein, healthy fats, nutrients and enzymes. In this modern world, instant access to sugar is never helpful. Excessive sugar also stresses the liver. When you consume sugar, this goes to your liver. Excessive sugar intake can also increase triglycerides and bad cholesterol and can contribute to Leptin resistance. This can eventually lead to weight gain, sleep troubles and cravings. This can also create addictive sugar response to the brain. It would be best to eliminate sugar from your diet today because this does not really fill you up. Instead, sugar encourages you to eat more.
