2 Week Home Workout Challenge
It is October! What are your Health Goals this month? Mine, today I started to drink my coffee black, with 1 sugar! Ha-Ha, this is such a huge step for me. I drink coffee for the flavor, not because I am addicted though. My son has been addicted to coffee – he is 19 years old, so for October, his self care pledge is no coffee, no soda, 1 cup of juice per day. I am also committing myself to 1 shake a day, 1 salad a day, at least 30 minutes of working out – I will need your help as an accountability partner! I’m also committed to my 21 Day Fix, I need to keep up with my portion control, especially with the holidays fast approaching. Here is an easy to do 2 week home workout challenge. Want more support? A few things you need:
I decided to do something different with you this month, let me know if this is better and more productive for you! This is a 2 week home workout challenge. It is free, the only things you need are:
- Water
- Mat
- Kettle Ball (or similar)
- Workout clothes that are super comfortable
- Hand Towel
Accountability is Power!
Here are your accountability photos for the next two weeks. Please copy them to your phone or computer and post them with the hashtag #tunedupbody This shows that you are committed to yourself, your health, your self care, holds you accountable, let me cheer you on, encourage you to move onto the next days set, answer questions you have, lets me know how you’re feeling and more. Use it when posting photos of what you eat, mmm I love to see what others are eating. I encourage you to tag a few friends each time, get them to join you! The more that are doing it is better. Each photo is numbered, hover over them to see. Share them on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and anywhere else be sure to add #tunedupbody to it so I can watch your progress.

I think fall is a perfect time to “fall back into shape” and it’s so much easier if you have someone to help encourage too.

haha, thank you! I’m putting into my witches cauldron the themes for November and December! This month is intense, it is because of all the candy we will have laying around for the next few months. We have to step up our game!

Ive just begun a healthy eating plan and I appreciate the exercises, the time frame, and that you made this easy to follow.
Glad you like it. I do monthly too, but the 2 week is great allowing you to slowly easy into it.
My Health Pledge is actually the reverse .. to gain weight. My Bmi and weight is fine for my height 5″1″ but I feel I would be more comfortable with 5-10 more lbs. I wanna do it the healthy way instead of stuffing my body with Junk Food
Awesome! You should still be exercising, daily. Look out for some meal plans I have coming. Gaining weight is just as important to loosing weight. being a healthy weight for your body type, lifestyle and happiness is and should be the goal.
I’m stuck with medical recovery and totally missing working out!! Soon… well maybe not so soon, but still soon. I hope I don’t lose muscle in the meantime, gah
Rosey, I completely understand. What I’ve done many times in the past is toning, in bed lol. Using light weights and very slow gentle moves from Yoga and Pilates. I will be talking about this soon too. be sure to sign up for updates so you don’t miss it. I have done Chair Yoga when i was in recovery from a car accident.
Sounds like a great plan! It is nice to do it at home instead of the expense of paying for the gym which can get pricey.
I do both home and gym. We have the family plan at L. A. Fitness. It isn’t that bad, especially compared to when we get sick and the cost of that haha.

That is my intention. Many get so discouraged and trail off.
